Dear Residents,

The new financial year for 2022 has commenced on 1 March 2022.

Taking into consideration that several projects are planned for the 2022/2023 financial year, the BOD would like to bring the following important information to your attention:

  • Phase 1 – Intrusion Detection Camera System Project – Update
  • Phase 2 – Intrusion Detection Camera System
  • Boundary Wall Maintenance Project
  • Water Storage Tanks (See Annexure A Rules: Water Tanks – Clause 22)
  • Adherence to Estate Rules – Pets (Estate Conduct Rules – Clause 12)

The Directors will keep you updated on Estate related matters. Please be always assured of the best intention of the Directors and Estate Manager.
