Happy New Year and Festive Season Greetings from the Estate Manager and Board of Directors!

As we welcome the new year and enjoy the festive season, we would like to take a moment to express our appreciation for your continued cooperation and commitment to maintaining the beauty and security of our estate. This special time of year is a wonderful opportunity to connect with family and friends, and we hope you have a chance to relax and recharge.

Speed Limit and Safety
We would like to remind all residents that the speed limit within the estate is 25km per hour. Unfortunately, we have noticed an increase in speeding incidents, and we urge all residents to exercise caution and respect for their fellow neighbours. Speeding not only puts drivers and passengers at risk but also endangers pedestrians, cyclists, and pets. We kindly request that you adhere to the speed limit and drive safely, ensuring the well-being of everyone in the estate.

Access Control and Security
As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the security of the estate, we would like to remind residents that visitors without a valid driver’s license will not be allowed into the estate. As of January 1st, 2025, we will be verifying that all child drivers if they possess a valid driver’s license. Please ensure that your children are aware of and comply with this regulation. This measure is designed to enhance the safety and security of our community.

Fireworks and Noise Restrictions
As a reminder, fireworks are strictly prohibited within the estate. We ask that you respect this rule and help maintain a safe and peaceful environment for all residents. Fireworks can be disturbing to pets, young children, and residents who value the tranquillity of our community. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, and we look forward to a festive season that is enjoyable for everyone.

Maintenance and Aesthetics
We kindly remind residents to maintain their gardens and empty stands to ensure the estate’s aesthetic appeal. Failure to comply may result in the estate’s maintenance team being dispatched and charged to the owner. We understand that maintaining properties can be time-consuming, but we believe that it is essential to preserving the beauty and value of our estate. We encourage residents to take pride in their properties and work together to maintain the high standards of our community.

Construction Sites / Renovation Projects
All construction sites within the estate will be closing this Friday, December 13th, 2024,
and will reopen on January 8th, 2025. This break will give contractors a well-deserved
rest and allow residents to enjoy a peaceful festive season. Small renovation projects,
such as painting or interior work that do not generate excessive noise and involve 3 or
fewer people, will be allowed until December 20th, 2024, but may only commence again on January 8th, 2025. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, and we look forward to seeing the exciting renovation projects that will be completed in the new year.

Increased Vigilance and Security Awareness
As we enter the festive season, we ask that all residents remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the estate’s security team. Your cooperation and attention to security matters are essential in maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone. We encourage residents to look out for one another and report any incidents or concerns to the security team. By working together, we can ensure a happy and secure festive season for all.
